Intake call — free, 30 minutes
Before you pay, we talk through what you’d build and whether a day is the right shape for it.

Async prep — ~1 hour
After the intake I send a short checklist, usually a domain, an email for tool signups, scope, and any open questions. I review it so day-of is all building, no setup.

Working session — half or full day
Screen-to-screen. Dive straight in. Something real gets built, and you leave with the knowledge to do it again.

After — everything in one place
A few days later I send a short write-up of what we built and what to do next, with your recording and the files organized in one folder. So you can pick it back up cold and know where to start.

- An agent that reads each record, sorts and enriches it against those criteria, and flags its own output for review before any write.

- Ideas captured as voice memos, rarely turned into anything published.
- Build
- An agent that turns a voice memo into drafted posts in the operator’s own voice, queues them for review, and pushes approved drafts to an existing publishing schedule. Runs from a phone.

- Nothing publishes without explicit approval. The same pattern reuses on the next workflow.

A few questions people ask
- What if we don’t finish, or it isn’t perfect?
- It’ll work end-to-end on your real data by end of day. It won’t be perfect, and that’s the point. First runs rarely are. You watch it miss, tell it what to do differently, and watch it adjust. That loop is the real thing you take home. Scope is set in the intake, so running out of time is rare, but if it does, I finish it async within the week at no additional cost. From there, you take it as far as you want.
- Will the AI do things on its own?
- Only what you tell it to. Everything I build keeps you in the loop: the agent drafts, you approve before anything gets posted, sent, or saved somewhere that matters. You decide if and when to take the training wheels off.
- Who owns what we build?
- You do. Your accounts, your code, your domain. I leave with nothing.
- What if I don’t know what to build?
- Send me what’s on your plate, but remember, the project is just the playground. The point is that you walk away with the confidence to use these tools yourself. If a day isn’t the right shape for what you’ve got in mind, I’ll tell you before we move forward.
- What does it cost to run after the session?
- Less than people expect. Most of it runs on a normal AI subscription. A few steps, like heavy data lookups or web search, draw on metered API credit on top. We set both up together and I show you exactly where the meter is, so nothing surprises you after I leave.
- What if I need help after the session?
- The session is a closed loop. No retainer, no ongoing fees, no support tail. If something misfires in the first few days, send it over and I’ll take a look. Beyond that, email me anytime, and I’ll reply when I can. But you shouldn’t be paying for a subscription to me.
